A living, year-long photo journal of life at Fairway Home Mortgage — team events, golf outings, awards nights, galas, conventions, volunteer days and the everyday moments in between, from every branch.
Why it exists
Most of what makes a company a good place to work never makes it past a group chat. A golf outing, a gala, a new hire’s first day, an ice cream truck at 2:30 — it happens, a few people see the photos, and it’s gone. This site is the place those moments stick. It fills up as the year goes on, and by December it’s a scrollable record of everything that happened across every branch.
How it works
Teams email in their photos and a short write-up. Each submission becomes a dated entry — a photo collage on the feed and a full page with the gallery — tagged to the branch it came from. Nothing to install, nothing to log into.
